AVS Cumbria Metals are a family operated business with many years experience in the car breaking and scrap metal industry. We specialise in the scrapping and disposal of vehicles and recycling of ferrous and non-ferrous metals for the domestic, industrial and commercial sectors. We have been trading as scrap metal merchants since 1985 recycling used cars and scrap metals. We now offer many additional services to both the public and local authorities as well as local businesses. We are authorised by the Department of Transport to safely dispose of vehicles under the end of life recycling process.

Scrap Metal Skips

We have 8/10/12 yard skips, 22 foot flat bed hiab wagon, 30/40/50yard roll on roll off skips. If you have an abnormal or oversize item we are able to arrange collection on a specialist vehicle.
